If you live in South Beach then you may have recognized the importance from time to time and necessity of having a homeowners association.

The South Beach Residents have therefore established a Homeowners Association called SBRHA, a legal entity created to manage and maintain the common areas of the community. One of the primary functions is to enforce and ensure that the "BYLAWS" are adhered to by the individual homeowners.

Each and every homeowner is a member of the SBRHA, membership is both automatic and mandatory. The SBRHA is headed by a Board of Directors consisting of volunteer homeowners who have been elected to conduct the day-to-day business of the SBRHA and make decisions that affect all owners.

Mission
