Welcome to South Beach Residents Homeowners Association Ltd (SBRHA)
The SBRHA comprises of 110 home owner households. The community is one of the premier neighborhoods in an area called Gezaulole some 20 km from the city center of Dar-es-Salaam. If you live in SBR then you may have recognized the importance from time to time and necessity of the homeowners association.
SBRHA or South Beach Residents Homeowner Association is a legal entity created to manage and maintain the common areas of a community. One of the primary functions is to enforce and ensure that the "BYLAWS" are adhered to by the individual homeowners such as exterior home improvements, general exterior condition of property such as paint, how properties can be used, and even noise control.The guiding principles of the BYLAWS are normally to help maintain property value and the quality of life within the community.
Each and every owner is a member of the SBRHA, membership is both automatic and mandatory. The Board of Directors consists of volunteer homeowners who have been elected to conduct the day-to-day business of the SBRHA and make decisions that affect all owners.
SBRHA has a real estate manager (appointed by the board of directors) to manage maintenance, security services, collect monthly dues from homeowners and maintain financial statements.
